As a key member of our team, your goal will be to collate, analyse and visualize business performance information to allow senior managers and leaders to made evidenced business decisions. This role is vital to ensuring that the business data we hold is used effectively, allowing us to deliver our growth targets in terms of customer acquisition and retention.   The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:  

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or other evidence of equivalent knowledge

Excellent skills in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Amazon QuickSight,

Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps and their implementation in a business environment.

Confident in using standard analytical approaches and interpreting data, and in using simple machine learning methods.

Proficient in programming language such as SQL, Python, R, DAX

Understanding of data relationship concepts, data engineering and data modelling techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
